If you fancy a lower league management challenge outside the default playable leagues of Football Manager 2023 and want to hunt for promotion and back-to-back trophies, the Scottish league pyramid file by MozzaPlays is surely one to try out!

Put on your tracksuit and use your knowledge of Football Manager as you take on the lower leagues of Scotland and start the hunt for closing the gap to the biggest Scottish clubs Celtic, Glasgow Rangers and Aberdeen.

Thanks to MozzaPlays, the creator of this Football Manager 2023 lower league database, we can give you the option to unlock the full Scottish league system for the 2022-2023 season. Even though the file has been created for the past years, the new version sees a real-life league pyramid re-created in Football Manager 2023 all the way down to the bottom level 8!

Here you’ll get the chance to unlock new playable divisions such as the Highland and Lowland football league included, as well as non-league premier divisions existing in level 6, such as the East and South of Scotland Football League.

• Put the files into folder :
  • PC: This Computer/Your Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023 > editor data
  • MAC*: Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023 > editor data
•  or Subscribe on Steam
• Quit and Re-start Football Manager if you’re playing it
• Start a NEW Save
• Locate ‘Database’ – Click on the down menu 23.X Update
• View under Editor Data Files
  • Tick the Database
• Un-tick any files that may conflict
• Click Confirm
• Select Advanced Setup
• Add Scotland and Confirm
• Click the drop down menu under Active Leagues
• Locate Approximate Player Count in Right sidebar
• Click the drop down menu : X players
• Select Advanced...
• To experience more players, select either;
  1. Nations – Scotland – Players based in nation
  2. or, Regions – UK – Players based in nations
• Experience an even more realistic Football Manager 2023!
